1. Introduction This Cookie Policy explains how FCX Solutions Inteligência de Negócios Ltda. ("FCX") uses cookies and similar technologies when you access the fcxsolutions.com.br website and the app.fcxsolutions.com.br platform (together, the "Platform"), in line with our Privacy Policy and Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD). The measurement cookies described in this policy are only stored after you accept them, in the notice displayed on your first visit. While you have not decided, or if you decline, they are not stored. Browsing the Platform does not amount to consent, and declining does not limit any functionality. 2. What are Cookies? Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, smartphone or tablet) when you access a website or use a web application. They are widely used to ensure the efficient operation of digital platforms, to keep user sessions authenticated and to provide operators with information about how the platform is being used. This policy also covers equivalent technologies that store data in your browser, such as local storage (localStorage). 3. Essential Cookies (no consent required) Necessary for the basic and secure operation of the Platform. They include authentication and session maintenance, role-based access control (RBAC), protection against malicious requests (CSRF), identification of the devices connected to your account, the record of your own choice about cookies and your reading language preference for the website. Without them the Platform does not operate properly, and for that reason they are stored on the basis of the legitimate interest in providing the service, not on consent. Essential cookies and storage in use: fcx_cookie_consent_v2 — records whether you accepted or declined the measurement cookies. Stored on .fcxsolutions.com.br so that the same choice applies to both the website and the platform. Duration: 12 months. @fcx:access_token — keeps your session authenticated. Duration: 7 days. @fcx:user_email — identifies the account in use across the screens of the access flow. Duration: 7 days. fcx_device_id — random browser identifier, used to list and terminate active sessions under Settings. Stored in local storage; it remains until you clear your browser data. fcx_lang — records the language you chose in the switcher at the top of the website (Portuguese or English), so that your next visit opens in the same language. Stored in local storage only when you click the switcher; it remains until you clear your browser data. It does not identify you and does not feed measurement. Session and CSRF protection cookies generated by the authentication component, and security and routing cookies generated by the infrastructure (Cloudflare), with durations defined by those components. 4. Measurement Cookies (subject to your acceptance) They exist to understand how the pages are used, where people get stuck and what needs to improve. They do not feed advertising. Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — access and browsing statistics. While you have not accepted, FCX operates Google Consent Mode v2 in advanced mode: measurement continues to send an aggregated signal, without storing a cookie and without an identifier for your device. Once accepted, the following are stored: _ga — distinguishes devices. Duration: 2 years. _ga_S7CW3XRMHP — maintains the state of the measurement session. Duration: 2 years. Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — heatmaps and session recording on the public pages of the website, to identify usability problems. It never loads before acceptance. Once accepted, the following are stored: _clck — associates visits from the same browser. Duration: 1 year. _clsk — groups the actions of a single visit. Duration: 1 day. FCX also uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (Vercel Inc.) to measure performance and availability, and Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) for aggregated access statistics. These tools operate without storing cookies and without identifying visitors individually. FCX does not use cookies for advertising purposes, does not profile for ads and does not share behavioral data with ad networks. Google's advertising signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization) remain disabled even for those who accept the measurement cookies. 5. Third Parties and International Transfer Google, Microsoft, Vercel and Cloudflare act as processors of the data collected by their respective cookies, under their own terms, and process information on servers located outside Brazil. In those cases FCX relies on the international transfer mechanisms admitted by the LGPD, including the providers' own contractual clauses. FCX also uses cloud infrastructure providers and a payment gateway, which have access only to the information necessary to provide the contracted service. 6. Action Logging and Audit In addition to cookies, the Platform maintains an append-only audit log that records relevant user actions (such as running analyses, changing settings and access events). These records are not cookies and do not depend on consent: they exist for traceability and governance, and are described in detail in the Platform's technical specification. 7. How to accept, decline or change your mind On your first visit, the cookie notice presents the "Accept" and "Decline" options with equal prominence. Your choice applies to both the website and the platform, and can be changed at any time, without justification: On the website, through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of any page. On the platform, under Settings → Security → "Cookies and measurement". When you decline, the measurement cookies already stored by a previous choice are removed from your browser and no new ones are stored. After 12 months the choice expires and the notice is displayed again. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; in that case, removing the essential cookies may prevent the Platform from keeping your session authenticated. 8. Changes to this Cookie Policy We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will publish any change on the Platform with appropriate prior notice. If the change broadens the purpose or includes new measurement tools, previous consent will not be reused: the notice will be displayed again so that you can decide on the new scope. 9.
